How it works

• Sign up and pay for your drop-in pass here.
• You will then be prompted to schedule your class.
• Inform us of any injuries or limitations you have beforehand so we could tailor the movements for you.
• Arrive a few minutes before, introduce yourself to the coach and jump into the fun!
