At CrossFit Martell, our CrossFit Kids & Teens program is specifically designed to foster a love for fitness in young athletes. This program combines fun, engaging activities with foundational CrossFit movements to help children and teenagers develop physical literacy, strength, and coordination. Our goal is to create a positive and supportive environment where young participants can build confidence, improve their fitness, and develop healthy habits that last a lifetime.
Our CrossFit Kids & Teens classes are structured around age-appropriate classes (for kids aged 6-10 and 11-17) led by a certified CrossFit Kids coach. Each session includes a dynamic warm-up, skill development, and a Workout of the Day (WOD) tailored to the abilities and needs of younger athletes. We emphasize proper technique, safety, and fun, ensuring that every participant enjoys their fitness journey. Through interactive and enjoyable workouts, children and teens learn the value of teamwork, discipline, and perseverance.
